1. Open packet and peel off backing.
2. Without creasing, stick pad to clothing directly over area
where heat is desired. DO NOT APPLY ADHESIVE SIDE
DIRECTLY TO SKIN. APPLY ONLY TO CLOTHING.
3. Hotteez transmit heat most effectively when stuck to tight
cotton undergarments that will absorb sweat and protect
from low temperature burns. Loose clothing reduces the
sensation of heat to the body.
4. Pads heat up gradually and may take 30 minutes to reach
maximum temperature.
5. Keep pad dry at all times as water will prevent activation.
Store in a cool place, out of direct sunlight, and out of reach
of children and pets.
6. Remove gently from clothes after use.

pads can get too hot with too much oxygen. However,
excessively tight shoes may limit oxygen and result in
inadequate heating.

Reuse contents as a soil conditioner after use. When pad is cold, open and poor contents onto soil in garden or in planters. Per year, 1 pouch for 1 mid-size flowerpot, 4 pouches for 1 large-size planter. Don't add to soil for expensive plants! Outer packet is combustible, should be disposed of in regular garbage and does not generate toxic gases.
